Gentleman welcome to your week 9 Power rankings! We just had one of the most memorable week 8’s of all time. Bryans Bistro was found with them huge Chicago Rats in the kitchen and closed for good. We saw a victim fall to CTE again and we saw the most trades ever in a week span with a total of 10. We officially have two teams on the tank train. We have officially hit the point to where we know who is going for it all and who is not. However, stay tuned for another blog later on today presented to you by Chuck. Why we do not get a TCR this week you get a two blog special. We are gonna dive into this power rankings, but first a recap of the 10 trades.
Chuck’s trade review –
Yall, I’m not reviewing 10 trades. So every one gets an F do to the amount of Horniness that occurred before no nut November.
Ant’s trade review –
Too many trades you all get F’s. Except for Bryan you get a F-
Lets go ahead and dive into these power rankings!
Chuck’s Power Rankings –
1. Wings: 5-0 in your last 5 weeks. You have showed what it is like to believe in your team and not tank after starting the 0-3. According to my sources, wings thinks he is unstoppable and that no team in the league can touch him.
2. Chuck: Bounce back win against Ryan and this team continues to perform well. #3 in PF with no 200 point games yet this season. The breakout seems like its coming soon. #KanyeShrug
3. Gio: Great bounce back after a terrible two week in a row. DHOP possible revive with Will Levis at QB. The bad man is gone so Davante Adams might return to form. A lot of things to be seen from the talented WR on your roster that have been put down by just bad QB play. You are holding onto 1st place by a thread. Will it last? probably not.
4. Bryan: Bryan’s Bistro has Closed. After that performance, I would have closed too. Mostert has not been great at all over the last two weeks and seems to be splitting touches with the entire backfield. Now with Achane coming back soon, this might be rough. You have alot of hard workers here.
5. Ryan: Country Cousins was your name and now Minnesota cousins is in the grave. You essentially switched around your entire team since Monday night. You traded Herby who is your guy outside of fantasy and went and got Burrow. This is a must win week for you or playoffs start becoming a real challenge.
6. Nauch: You seem to have really shitty performances or monster performances. You have a rough 3 weeks ahead as you face wings this week with no 49ers, then no Kelce next week then no Saints the following week. You are definitely in a must win 2 out of 3 situation here and having the lowest PF out of the teams remaining in the playoff hunt does not play well in your favor. However this team on paper should show its resilience, but lets see if its just another season of Frauch.
7. Joe: Another rough season continues. I think its impressive that you are still here in the playoff picture with all the injuries you have had to deal with. You have had 2 Qb’s get hurt and be out for the season and seen everyone else just die. Maybe Ryan had a big brain and wants Staley to get fired so he traded Herbert to Joe so we can die this season and come back next season with a new head coach. Anyways, I expect better weeks ahead.
8. Erik: Squeaked out a win to stay in the race. Taking advantage of the Analytics Chuck provided by staying on course with having the easiest schedule remaining. You have a bye this week playing one of the two tankers. So it works out in your favor to stay on course and can sneak in just maybe.
9. Rob: CTE. Reset Rob.
10. Ant: Please do something funny and beat Erik. I need to see a classic Erik tilt.
Ant’s Power Rankings –
1. Wings: This team is looking scarier with each trade and week that goes by. Solid RBs, top 5 QB, and top 10 WR’s. Its going to get scary as this team gets into first round bye territory
2. Gio: While he may have had his bye week this week Gio still showed up in a big way dropping over 220. His teams floor is one of the highest if not the highest in the league and its ceiling follows that as well.
3. Chuck: Chuck has made himself a beautiful squad on paper but its inconsistency has been his kryptonite so far. While it has the potential to win it all easily, its gotta stay hot for the rest of the year and in the playoffs.
4. Bryan: It was a rough week for Bryans Bistro and it got even weirder with the trades made. Nevertheless, his team is still a contender especially when he has Patty at the helm who can win a matchup by himself.
5. Ryan: Ryans team put up a good week but it wasnt enough to get him the victory. His team is revamped a bit now and has a chance to make a run for the playoffs with extra picks still in the tank. The biggest thing he needs, is a healthy Justin Jefferson.
6. Nauch: After going all in on the season, again, Nauch has rounded out his team nicely. Having the Top 2 RBs over the past few weeks helps but also getting some real receivers and the best TE in football makes this team a true contender.
7. Joe: Joes has been decimated by bad luck this year with injuries and narrow losses. Despite this, Joe has decided to keep going for it. This team has no true studs anymore and is looking a bit defeated… Its going to take a miracle at this point.
8. Erik: Its tough to see Eriks route to the finals but a playoff run is still possible. Without a stud QB or any true WR depth behind Ceedee its going to be hard to get there though. Theres still a shot, but its a longshot.
9. Rob: Grimace Presti. Jr
10. Ant: Sam Presti Jr Vegas Edition.
