Gentleman we are heading into the second half of the season and I figured why not start it off with the goat himself, MF MOO DENG. Things are going to start to shake up rather quickly, trades and trade talks are starting to pick up and everyone in the league is starting to remember that the 6th seed is a Wild Card spot that is awarded to the highest PF in the respective 6-10 spots. As of now that belongs to Erik, but with 7 weeks to go the lowest scorer in the league currently (Bryan) is only 121 points out. Which means 6th place is up for grabs. Especially since 6th place can be the difference of chasing 19 points (Gio) to where if someone like Wings or Ant falls into 6th with a Nauch and or Ryan win then would be chasing 100 plus points so definitely a lot riding for the bottom half of the league heading into the second half.

1. Chuck – This team has been very much a roller coaster for me, and has been the subject of another low scoring week because of blowouts, but manage to sneak a way with a win. This is the biggest matchup of the season for me so lets see how this goes. This team has been boom or doom all season long. It has all the pieces it needs to make a championship run the question is will they perform like they need to every week. This might be chucks best test and if he BOOMS its gonna be hard to pull it off.
2. Joe – Back to back loses for Joe facing 2 of the top teams in league in back to back week. The curse lives on as the Commish talked about a couple weeks ago. Now you get a red hot pissed off Gio losing Chris Godwin yet again to injury. This teams downfall might continue, this team needs to make a move, because if not this team is falling pretty fast due to injuries. Joe is limping his way back to reality. After a hot start Joe has lost his last 2 and now goes on the face Gio who at this time still has Lamar who can maybe beat joe by himself. Joe need to get healthy or make moves. Or maybe both.
3. Ant – This team is starting to come around and make a name for itself. The DK injury does suck, but the return of Cooper Kupp could not have been a better time, but PUKA is also back so definitely something to watch as the trade rumors of Kupp possibly being on the move for a second round pick after this week, might be getting a show game. However, the name of the game for my blogger in crime is the ability to stay healthy as well as finding a QB and he might have both. Only time will tell. This teams depth has shown all year with keeping itself in the conversation of best teams. If Caleb really has figured out the NFL game then it will be the last missing piece this team needs. There’s still a move or two to make to upgrade somewhere, that’s just yet to be determined. Gonna be a good one to test this team this week.
4. Wings – This man is really out here acting like Bryan saying put some respect on my name after beating a hurt Joe squad and Ryan with out JJ the jet plane, Brian shot 9 times Robinson, Singletary(Sorry no cool name here). His team has been impressive though, now he gets a team finding its stride at the right time and is a QB away from being a contender. However, this team will face some challenges this week and have some questions answered. Will Hubbard be the guy or split work with brooks? Laporta is considered the bust of the year at the moment amongst most fantasy bloggers, will he step up with Williams suspended? Find out this week on this episode of trade analyzers. Andrew is getting healthy at the right time and hitting his stride with 2 straight podium finishes. This was a whole different team a few weeks ago but with AJ back and Kenneth healthy-ish this team is set for a run. If Josh Allen can figure it out its going to be a problem.
5. Ryan – Brother Ryan, no RB continues to be your downfall. That 50 yard TD run by Kylar saved your ass in this matchup against Erik, but that is the beauty of fantasy football. However this was another close call and it might be time to get one soon. You get a tough matchup this week with a team going for a bounce back and gets Tyreek hill with Tua and Deebo with No Aiyuk or Jennings. Got to do something quick to keep pace. Ryan has had the same issue all year, RBs, But with Chase and Jefferson holding it down on a weekly basis he can survive most weeks. If Kyler can ever find consistency it can more than make up for the RB problems. But the new COD is out today, so that’s wishful thinking.
6. Nauch – Nauch Frauch Crotch, Aiyuk is gone and frankly that’s a positive for you not forced to start him every week. Hopkins going to KC can be great as we know the talent Hopkins is and we will see if he still has some left in the tank. Waddle gets Tua back, but will Waddle stay healthy. This team is still sneaky in my eyes and can make some noise here in the second half of the season. Nauch might have the most underrated RB combo in the league with Mixon and Cook holding it down. And Goff and Geno are not the sexiest names, but its going to get it done. The issue has always been WR consistency. And that should help a bit for Jaylen waddle moving forward but its still a crap shoot for the rest.
7. Erik – A QB away keeps the fantasy playoffs away also. A QB ERIK, that is all your missing. Derrick Henry is a man amongst everyone. Cooper still learning the offense and can the Cowboys figure it out? Only time will tell, but for now this no QB strat is not working. Ive fought for this team all year and it just keeps letting me down. Perfect cowboys parallel. Erik has the best RB combo in the league but with inconsistency at QB and WR its been rough. Long term this team SHOULD do enough to make playoffs. But, it might need to figure out one move to strengthen themselves all around the roster.
8. Gio – Man this has been a rough year for you, losing Chris Godwin now and losing again has got to be hurting. The girlfriend curse is alive and well. The fantasy gods are also punishing you as well for some reason. This team has a chance though to make it on the back of Lamar Jackson. Lets see how this week treats you before I make any other comments. Gios success has almost exclusively been on the back of Lamar Jackson, but he’s also been very unlucky with his opponents with the 3rd highest PA in the league. Eventually this team is gonna have to move Lamar to get some pieces to help out the rest of the starters. Or maybe not, maybe Lamar can just keep dropping 60 bombs weekly.
9. Rob – Brother Rob, second half of the season and you are primed to make a comeback with everything falling into place. CMC coming back with a 49ers team that needs to fight for a playoff spot, Hill gets tua, Deebo WR 1, Bowers domination and Joe Burrow making a come back. Be on the look out for Rob, I can see him dominating this second half of the season. Its been rough for Rob since day one losing CMC. then he lost good tyreek hill. Then he traded away Malik Nabers. Its been rough, really rough. But Saquon Burrow and Bowers should be enough on most weeks especially once good Tyreek comes back and maybe even CMC for a playoff run
10. Bryan – Bryan second half comebacks might exist. Your TE dominance is gone though as Goedert is still hurt. Traded Jayden for Jayden and it might work out well. Puka is back also, this team can have a quiet second half and be good. This squad is full of hard workers. Bryan had a chance to do the funniest thing and take out chuck last week. And it looked great for about 3 minutes into the commaners game. Then Jayden broke his rib. Without a true WR 1 on this roster and a few decent RBs its going to be tough to work its way back to the playoffs. Maybe Puka can come back and help, but its not going to be enough most weeks to overcome these other teams.
