The Champ is Back
In the spirit of of my dear friend Pete from the league, I am Happy to say that, with Keepers clearing last Friday, we are now officially in the 3rd season of our league. And I am oh-so happy to be your Champion and official co-commissioner once again.
I do wanna say sorry for dipping out at the end of the super bowl after saying I’d keep the blog active through the offseason. But, can you blame me? The fantasy football offseason is not particularly exciting. Here I am again to try and keep this blog alive for the next 4 months before our draft.
Anyways, some quick housekeeping items:
- We are now on the Sleeper App for fantasy football purposes, thanks all of you for being quick to switch over to the new platform and I hope you guys find the app to be a lot better than ESPN. Chuck and I both have commissioner powers in this league so that means things can get done a lot quicker in terms of day-to-day operations.
- The draft date is tentatively set for August 31, 2019 and will be in-person. I will be looking for Airbnb options in San Diego this week to finalize things such as how much it’ll cost each league member. We will also figure out how to accommodate the 2 dudes that can’t make the draft
- Nauch, set your keepers
